I wanted to thank you for our session today - you were able to help me put things in different perspective and stop beating myself up.
Clearly, I still have many things left to be determined and decided, and I may request further assistance from you through the process. But you were definitely able to draw answers and connections that I would not have gotten to on my own - at least not easily. And the message from my grandmother meant so very much.
An interesting side note - when I returned to work, I had an email from my friend; time stamped at almost precisely the time we were talking about him, I somehow don’t think this was merely coincidence. It was followed later by a phone conversation that I kept very light and it was wonderful just to talk.
